Event Description:
On Saturday, November 25, the Museum will hold a Winter Workshop from 11 am - 2 pm. “The free Winter Workshop will be a wonderful opportunity for families and individual to enjoy making items that historically were given as presents or used as decorations for the holidays,” said Merrilee Lee, museum director.  The workshop will be located at various hands-on stations throughout the museum. “Enjoy our make-and-take stations for sachet bags, orange and clove pomander, holiday cards, or holiday decoration. Make one or make all of them. Take your project with you and either give it away as a present or we won’t tell anyone if you decide to keep it for yourself!” teased Lee. The workshop is free to attend and open to all.
