The Fort Atkinson Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome new member, Care Wisconsin, a non-profit managed care organization that matches frail seniors and people with physical and intellectual disabilities to the health and long-term care support and services they need. Their mission is to help their members live as independently as possible, and they serve over 12,000 people across 50 counties in Wisconsin with programs such as Family Care, Partnership, Medicaid SSI, and Medicare Dual Advantage. The organization celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2016, and is proud to report that 75 percent of its 700 plus employees is involved in direct care.             
            The office in Fort Atkinson is located at 37 South Water Street, and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Interpreter and translation services are available free of charge. Those seeking additional information may call 1-877-496-3851.
