For starters, I have 18+ years of experience; originally trained in Phoenix, Arizona. I have been in Madison for over seven years, and an independent, privately owned and operated massage therapy practice for over ten years total. Recently moved to Fort Atkinson to grow my practice, and eventually work here full-time.

With a variety of massage techniques to utilize in any particular session, I am confident you'll be happy working with me to achieve pain-free results. I try to find the cause, and not just treat the symptom(s).

Sessions may include one, or a combination of, the following:

Orthopedic or therapeutic massage
Cranial Sacral
Neuromuscular
Myofascial release
Esalen (but with more pressure than a standard Swedish session)
Sports/deep tissue/active release
